It doesn’t happen often but just occasionally you have a meeting of minds.
It’s a rare and beautiful thing.
I’m not sure if it’s a personality thing though. Todays meeting was with two people from opposite ends of the personality spectrum, which can be difficult to manage; they both have very different needs and communication styles.
However it felt good.
It helped that there was some obvious synergy, in that the concept made sense. But successful partnerships are not built on sense, they are built on the human relationships.
Big ticks on the relationship so far or to put it another way, I liked these guys.
